We will reply within 48 hours upon receiving your email with payment details.
Payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation of purchase.
Payment is through ATM / Funds Transfer.
Items will be mailed within 3 to 4 working days.

No refund policy. Please ensure that you've decided on an item before transaction. Goods sold are non refundable & non exchangeable.

If you have opted for Registered mail, please highlight to us if you have not received your package within 7 working days. We shall consult Singpost office and revert with updates.
