We will reply within 48 hours upon receiving your email with payment details.
Payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation of purchase.
Payment is through ATM / Funds Transfer.
Items will be mailed within 3 to 4 working days.

No refund policy. Please ensure that you've decided on an item before transaction. Goods sold are non refundable & non exchangeable.
We apologize that The Victoria Kingdom will not be responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged during the transit when normal mail is opted for. If you have opted for Registered mail, please highlight to us if you have not received your package within 7 working days. We shall consult Singpost office and revert with updates.
We need to receive your payment before we can proceed with the customization, please bear with us on this as we have to ensure it is a genuine order.

For registered mail, an additional of $2.50 are required.
